An individual finds education in many areas. Often, we define an education
by the institutions of learning a person has attended. A true education must
reach beyond the structured, to embrace understanding of self and environment.
The actions to gain this understanding are based on discovery through introspection
and vicarious learning. One of the highest goals of education should be perspective.

I attended Guilderland High School, in Albany, NY. I was fortunate to
have many excellent teachers, and would like to thank Herr Fuchs and Mr. Farrelly
for their support and guidance.

The University of Miami is my Alma Mater. I graduated with a BS in
Psychobiology. While at the University, I did research in Molecular
Neurobiology at the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
Also, I did research in Impression Management
and Self Deception with Dr. Leonard Jacobson.

While at Miami, I had an opportunity to study Theology at Tuebingen University
in Germany. This provided a nice foil for my biological background.
